BHD CrossFit Hype Class Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:45pm-6:45pm
Interested in getting in shape, but not sure if you are ready for CrossFit classes? Our community-based, high-energy Hype class program is the perfect fit! This program will be more challenging than your average bootcamp class, but is a bit less intense than general CrossFit classes.
Our Hype program is constantly varied, meaning each class will bring
a whole new workout with a dierent format, dierent movements and
time domains. This program is great for weight loss, extra conditioning
training, or as a ramp-up for our general CrossFit program!
Tuesday classes will focus on conditioning and endurance, with a heavy
focus on interval training. We will run, row, bike, ski erg, jump rope, etc.!
Thursday classes will still focus on conditioning, but will incorporate
dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight exercises and more. There will be no
barbells or high-skill gymnastics.
BHD CrossFit Hype Class is for everyone! All fitness levels are welcome – from your seasoned gym rat to a total newbie, and everyone in between! All of our workouts can be scaled for your current fitness
